Our Spa Etiquette
To get the most out of your prefect spa day, do keep these etiquettes in mind.
An advanced reservation for your visit is highly recommended to ensure your preferred time and service are available.
Arrive 10 mins prior to your appointment to allow yourself to simmer down, have some tea and get into a mindful state for your treatment. A reduction of treatment time may apply for late arrival.
Rescheduling or Cancellation
As a courtesy to other guests and our therapists, we seek your kind cooperation to give us at least 2 hours advance notice, should you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Inform us of any specific illness, allergies or injuries before the treatment, and our therapist will make adjustments accordingly.
Enjoy the Silence
Be mindful of other people and speak quietly. Turn off or silence your mobile phone at all times.
Prices are quoted in Singapore Dollar (SGD) with no GST charges.
Wear Comfy Outfits and Flip Flops
For hygiene reasons, we provide slippers and massage attire for you.
Access & Treatment
For guests below the age of 16, parental supervision and consent are compulsory for access and treatment at our outlet.
Use of recreational alcohol or drugs is strictly prohibited. It is advisable to drink plenty of water to flush out the toxins from your body, if you had alcohol a day before the treatment.
Loss & Damage
Always keep your belonging safe at all times, as we will not be liable for any lost/damaged items.
Accidents & Injuries
We shall not be liable for any accidents or injuries suffered by guests during their visit.
Inappropriate Behavior will not be tolerated and may be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.
To continue your self-pampering session at home, most products used in the treatments are available for purchase at the counter.
